Goodreads Indifference to Authors is Sinking the Platform

Goodreads has been an unpleasant necessity for many indie authors. An article from Time addresses the scams being run on Goodreads that target authors. Now that the problem is being addressed by the media, we'll have to wait and see if Goodreads (re: Amazon) is embarrassed enough to do something about it.
